Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) after your order is placed.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method. After your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Tracking

Tracking may take a few days to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, your package says delivered but you can't find it, or it arrived damaged, email us at support@trybendwise.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out. See our Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
