Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Bendwise gear. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return, refund or replacement.
To start a request, email us at support@trybendwise.com with your order number.
1. Defective, damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, a refund or another solution.
2. Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size
You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as:
- the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging;
- you contact us first to request the return. Our support team will send you the return address on request. Please don't send items back without contacting us, because we can't process returns sent to the wrong address.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. We recommend a trackable shipping service, because we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the item as described above and place a new order for the size you need. Not sure about sizing? Email us your measurement first and we'll help you choose.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We'll email you when your refund has been approved (for change-of-mind returns, that's after we receive and check the item). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.
4. Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Cancellation requests are easiest within 12 hours of ordering.
